Chief Revenue Officer
Ken leads our Revenue Organization encompassing Global Field Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Partnership and Alliance functions. As a proven Revenue leader Ken has spent nearly 20 years helping build highly performing teams that enable the largest and most complex businesses in the world transform their HR, Finance, and Analytics functions through strategic, and innovative technology solutions.
Ken sees his mission is to both build a highly performing revenue function, and empower our clients to be the best organizations they can be, as fans of our technology and services.
Prior to joining OrgVue, Ken led Global Sales for Visier, was an early employee at Workday during their successful build out of a world class sales organization, as well as experience at companies like Oracle, Aria Systems, and Teradata.
Ken is very proud of the quality of the people of OrgVue. The passion, expertise, and the resilience of the team has driven the company to new heights, and he believes the sky is the limit for this organization.
Ken especially enjoys the collaborative and diverse culture that exists within the organization, and the team attitude for analyzing, attacking, and solving big problems. The collective power of a collaborating team not only builds a great working environment, but breeds innovation and going “further and faster together”.
Outside of OrgVue you will find Ken enjoying as much time as he can with his family. Whether it’s enjoying his children’s many sporting events, live music performances, and or performing or watching live music himself, you will find Ken surrounded by people and enjoying life.
In his limited spare time, Ken is also an experienced professional guitarist, and musician.
